I have the honour to forward herewith a communication from the Right Reverend the Bishop of Victoria requesting that the contribution now paid to the Church Body of Saint John's Cathedral for use of this Cathedral for Military Services may be augmented; and beg strongly to recommend that the sum now allotted for this purpose be increased from £50 to £100 on the grounds brought forward in his Lordship's letter, especially with reference to paragraphs 2 and 4 in the same.
